(September 5, 2019, 2:30 pm)Very quick sale and closing process. The salesman and manager were great to deal with. The only issue I had was that the vehicle's recall items were not taken care of as I requested. I really don't think a car with recall items should be sold without having them addressed by the dealer. The car was on their lot for weeks and the recall items were not taken care of. Secondly, not having the gas take filled when I spent over 20k on vehicle is ridiculous. Small items I admit, but they mean something when you are thinking about being a return customer.

Highly recommend Joe Basil for sales and service. This is my father’s second vehicle purchased in 10 years from Joe Basil Chevrolet. After ten years of receiving excellent service I would go purchase a vehicle there and have it serviced. Joe Basil family of dealerships are excellent.
