I went through them to get apparel for my dance team and they were very nice and accommodated all my requests. Their responses were prompt and they always kept me in the loop. Not only do they have an abundance of items to choose from but the personal service I received in choosing the best items for my business was exceptional. Pat spent hours, literally, helping me choose items that would work best with our embroidered logo design and even helped to alter the logo to make the best impression on our clients. The turnaround time from ordering to receiving the finished products is amazing as well. Exceptional products coupled with exceptional customer service is hard to find but Covered Wagon Promotions has nailed it!
