(October 7, 2019, 9:54 pm)Rick and Tina Plauman may of changed the name of their business because of the dirty dealings they have done over the years. The last I knew the name of the business with Great Lakes American Diesel, I think it is now Great Lakes Performance Diesel. We lost over 80.000 due to wiring them 32.932.00 , cost of break down, truck being down over 4 months and having to buy a different engine in the long run. They do not stand behind their work or warranty

You have stolen a lot of money from me and lied to me long enoughf and now u wount eaven retourn my call. This just happon to be at the hardest times my company has ever ben through in 20 years. Im not the kind of person who will let this go so quit trying. Eather send my money back or the moter i was suppose to get asap. Or bad things are going to start happen to you. Our experience was top notch. The quality of the work on the engines (two units of marine CAT 3406's) was impeccable.
Our dealings were done via email. We are some 2,700 miles away (in a straight line) from Lackawanna, NY. Everything went smooth. We trusted some $ 140,000 to GLAD for the two engines and its many options, and they DELIVERED all of what was agreed upon.
There are few persons or companies that still do business in the old way; based on trust and honesty. We can say GLAD and Rick Plauman is one of those.
