(August 13, 2016, 3:30 pm)Very different from my usual experiences with Bed and Breakfast. This is definitely a place to stay in Buffalo NY. Don't expect a Victorian feel to this place. Karl the owner is definitely a great guy and breakfast was very good. Coffee is good too! Cozy place to stay too!
