(March 15, 2017, 3:42 pm)I'm not a huge lover of exercise but working out with Jeremy changes my attitude toward fitness. He is a highly qualified trainer, very much in tune with his clients. Classes are manageable, reasonable and convenient. Finally-I can do this!

As my trainer he has helped me over come many issues such as past injuries, and back problems! In less then a year he has helped me become healthier and stronger! While losing about 50 lbs!
