Adequate parking. Cool scenery. Lots of wildlife. Great fishing. Short commute from Buffalo, NY. If you have a couple hours to get out and explore, check this place out. You’ll be surprised what’s in the backyard of our city.

This a really cool and easy hike. You can make it as long or short as you want. Just a heads up there are no facilities here just a small parking lot at the end of the road.

If you’re here to kayak it’s a nice easy drift but not very long before you reach the lake. Don’t launch and travel upstream, there’s really no where to go as the stream gets too shallow. Water seemed inviting and kids/people were swimming. After I spotted my third water snake I decided to stay in my kayak.

To hiking with room to make your own path. Maybe even get lost and find your way back!You know sometimes you wanna add wildlife but then when they say snakes your like "uh". It's absolutely amazing.One of the best nature hike spot to go to near Buffalo NY. Decent levels
