The Village Inn

Very good food, however, beware when ordering an entree. It will come with a salad, which normally would come with a dressing of your choice, at no extra cost, most everywhere else. Some salad dressings cost .75 extra at the Village Inn, and you will not be informed of that when you order your salad with your entree. I was surprised when I saw the charge on my bill. Since when do you pay extra for salad dressing on your salad? I feel that if you order a dressing that has an extra charge, the server should inform you of the charge.

Found the best food on Grand Island. Good menu, great food and attentive service. I had the Cajun fish lunch special and sweet potato fries; my wife had a burger. Superb.
It is in a quiet area of the island, and is worth the effort to locate it.

We have been here many times! The soups and specials are DELICIOUS and inexpensive. The menu has a variety of good choices. Our servers were friendly and very accommodating! We will continue to go here!

Love this place. I eat here a few times a week. I love the home cooked meals. They have great new specials every day. The lemon Tabasco clam chowder is off the hook. The wait staff is very friendly

Went there today for first time while we were on the island. It’s a cute little house/restaurant, we really liked the atmosphere and people. I had a special stinger burger and it was amazing, best burger I’ve had in a long while. My wife had a special chicken sandwich that was phenomenal as well. They had a nice craft beer selection too. If it was a little closer to home this would be my new go to restaurant.
