When Joe arrived at my house, it was obvious that he was a pro based on his knowledge and expertise in his field. His explanations were clear and concise, very easy for me as the homeowner to understand. One thing that I was super impressed with, was that Joe did not immediately try to sell me a new A/C unit. Instead, he gave me options, such as repairing the A/C unit. It's rare that we find honest people in this world- quite refreshing when we do! Joe was able to repair my A/C unit for a fraction of the cost! I am very impressed with his workmanship and am now a customer for life :)

(March 8, 2019, 8:34 pm)Prompt, courteous, and knowledgable, explained everything and gave me all the estimates and options for repairing or replacing my furnace upfront. Will definitely use them again if I have any more issues. The owner does the work himself and you can tell he takes pride in it.

Very professional and explained what was happening and every step they were going to take. We will gladly have them back.

After having a nightmare experience with Zenner & Ritter, I was referred to A-Plus by Cellino Plumbing. Honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship are a few ways I can describe my experience. Joe, the owner even called me several days after performing the work to make sure everything was copacetic. This is the level of service all businesses should strive for!
