If people are taken ahead of you then they had an appointment. Although you don't have to have an appointment, it's to your advantage to go on the Quest Diagnostics website for the Derby location and make an appointment. Print or record the Details on a piece of paper, which will have your Confirmation Code and a Scan Code. When you get to the Derby Quest office on the day of your appointment, Check In at one of the two kiosks. If you made an appointment you can check in with your Confirmation Code or the Scan Code or by typing in the information requested, it's quick. Select your preference at the kiosk and you're ready to go. If you don't want to make an appointment then stop complaining and wait until you're called. I'm 63, if I can do it, you can too.
