(May 28, 2019, 2:37 pm)I love banking here. Great policies, great customer service and a friendly helpful staff. However, the app fails to open frequently causing aggravation and wasted time calling for support. Support staff is good. Overall still the best banking experience in WNY.

(August 6, 2016, 8:03 pm)Love this bank! Have had an account here for 8 years now. Most notably, when I walk in and deposit a check, they write down all my account stuff for me. M&T makes me do it myself every time, which constantly annoys me!
