(October 21, 2019, 4:13 pm)Arrived at this dealership late on a Friday afternoon after realizing my car needed a lube, oil filter for a long trip the next afternoon.
Although the car was not brand sold by the dealer, they had replacement parts in stock.
Car was ready by close one hour later.

(September 6, 2019, 4:16 pm)The reminders of my appointment was great. The service dept is very personable and friendly. They arranged to have my husband and I shuttled to the Springville Auction. Dropped us off out front and told us to call when ready to come back which they did. The driver was very nice. The work done on my escape fixed the problem. Very professional.

(May 20, 2019, 7:00 pm)Props to Greg and his outstanding team in the Body Shop. When I raised concerns about potential warranty paint work on my Ford, Greg was quick to engage and process the claim. Even though I made the original purchase through one of their sister dealerships, the team never treated me as if I was second priority. The overall experience reassured me that Ford stood behind their automobiles and that Emerling is a top-notch dealership!
