(August 21, 2019, 4:40 pm)What a good CrossFit gym! Jeff Wass was very attentive to assure your form is correct! I attended while visiting relatives in Clarence! Absolutely loved Jeff and the people. They make you feel welcome no matter which fitness level you are at! And an added plus it was the cleanest and most organized CrossFit gym I have been to. I travel a lot so have been to many around the country and in Europe! Thanks Jeff!

The owner is a Marine Corp Veteran, and gets to know every client so well to help us reach our goals.
