(September 9, 2019, 2:53 pm)Love that they use weight training as part of the therapy, and the ASTYM has really helped with my soft tissue injury. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that their hours are extremely limited (Fridays only till 1, no weekend hours either day). Due to my work schedule, I can no longer attend therapy here, even though I still need it.

(March 1, 2019, 8:16 pm)Great place to go before even considering anything invasive. Though I would need some type of surgery or injections but ended up feeling great with new stretching and strengthening plan. Plus the extra adjustments, heat and electric impulse stimulation helped right away.

I never had to wait to be seen and Stephanie creates such a calm and peaceful environment. She takes the time to address my needs and makes me feel very comfortable. Highly highly recommend!

(February 2, 2019, 4:48 pm)Stephanie's massage services are wonderful! She is a highly skilled therapist and I always feel relaxed after leaving. She does a really great job working stress knots. The atmosphere of her office is great and its a very peaceful location. Its better than having to go to a salon which can be quite nosey and crowded in comparison. Highly recommend her massages!!!

(January 30, 2019, 2:59 pm)I acquired tendinitis in both my elbow and hip from intense workouts at my gym. Stephanie my massage therapist there (who is amazing) suggested PT. With just several appointments Craig and the staff there helped both areas. I progressed quickly with the continuous types of activities and exercises they prescribed. I liked the fact that I could do many of the exercises daily at home to help my recovery time. They were very attentive to my goals and with their knowledge and treatment plan we achieved success in a short period of time. Can't thank them enough! I would definitely recommend them for PT services and Stephanie for massage therapy!
