No one answered the phone for more than 6 months. I ask them to help my son. They told me to go somewhere else. We will send the information. Unfortunately, wait. All this time, they did not send me the contact information in their office. The answering machine answers and leaves them a message. They are liars. The workers are not the doctors. I mean the workers are liars who do not do their duty to do the process -

I needed substantial work done on a tooth in the back of my mouth that was in a difficult area to reach. As I waited for the doctor, Liz made me feel super comfortable and at home. She has a great personality and we'll put a smile how to even the most apprehensive face. Unlike some of my previous experiences Dr Hoyos showed she was taking her time not only to get the job done correctly but to ensure I was comfortable. She showed genuine concern over my post-op status to ensure that I was able to function for work the next day. I received a post-op phone call the next day and again the genuine concern showed. Thank you all at Better Smile!
