This place is soooo ridiculously good!! The food is so authentic and so is Wild Bill himself. I love the menu. I love the smell of the smoker. I love supporting a local business with killer food and amazing customer service! I love it all! We brought our dog and our 1 year old. We all had an amazing time! If you want the royal treatment, bring Bill a six pack of Bud light. You will not be disappointed. -

Friendly, down-to-earth people with delicious smoked brisket on a fresh roll. If I were you I'd stop in if you're in the area and don't forget to get your sandwich with a side of mac! Dirty kid approved:)
