(July 8, 2019, 11:24 pm)I called our regular AC service contractor on Friday 7/5 to get 2nd floor AC unit serviced that stopped working on 7/3. Was told nothing available until Monday. My wife got call from them this morning. And said nothing available until Sat 7/13 afternoon. Ridiculous for a long time customer like me.
Complained to my friend around 2pm today, who recommended Campione. They actually came to his house today for same issue with 2nd floor cooling not working. I called them and got incredible customer service. There was a service tech out to my house about 90 mins later, who assessed and repaired the unit in about 15 minutes. The service call charge was 1/2 of what normal contractor charged me in the past. This company has exceeded my expectations and offered nearly immediate and expert service for our problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone needing heating or cooling repairs or replacements.They provided rapid and expert response as well as very reasonable cost for the service call and part. Thank you!!! -

(March 4, 2019, 8:30 pm)Called for a service as my barn heater was not working. Even on a busy cold buffalo day a crew came very quick. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to resolve the issue quick and get my heater back up and running all at a very reasonable cost.

Thank you Campione Heating & Cooling; fair pricing, great family run business, super clean install, awesome staff, trustworthy! Maybe this coming week we can try out the new air conditioning!!
