(September 14, 2018, 12:17 am)Came here after seeing reviews. Most friendly staff l've ever encountered at any establishment who also are down to earth. With recommendations for brands as well as feedback on fitting, l was able to decide on a frame. They are also very honest and willing to work with you, be it payments or helping you pick what suits you best. After 15ish years of wearing glasses, my new glasses are the only ones l've ever been extremely content with. They're comfortable, fit my head, and, obviously, help me see much better!

(June 26, 2018, 1:30 pm)I have to recommend Eric and his staff. I was working in WNY and as glasses do my mine broke. Without an appointment Eric not only saw me but put my lenses into a frame for me so I could make my remaining appointments. I have since become a patient and have experienced the same high level of service since. I would STRONGLY Recommend! Keep up the great work.

In addition to their wonderful customer service, they are also very knowledgeable and care about your eyes, and what is the best possible solution for you while also being conscious of cost. You are treated extremely well, the atmosphere is inviting and friendly, and they are very up to date on fashion eyewear trends with a really great selection. Highly recommend.
