(March 31, 2019, 11:50 am)Stopped in for an upgrade and Nathan directed me to the phone I wanted. We got things going and during the data transfer he said that it would be an hour. I knew that would bring us well past their 8pm closing time so I said I’d leave my phones and come back again tomorrow. He wasn’t having that and said he had no problem finishing for me. They even stayed w another customer who upgraded and both of the staff were awesome. To the female employee I’m sorry I’d mention the name but I didn’t see a tag. Thank you so much to both of you.
