(May 1, 2019, 11:23 pm)Extremely responsible and efficient staff. I visited today for getting a doc notarized, staff at teller directed me to a bank officer who completed my work as soon as possible. All staff was dealing with clients in a very friendly manner.

(July 27, 2018, 12:32 pm)The young gentleman not sure of his name was Scot was very professional with me and other clients waiting. Although i wasnt next, he greeted me and others and asked how he can help each one of us within minutes while i was waiting 2nd, 3rd, 4th for desk services. Then when i was next walked us to the desk pulled the chairs out for us like if we where dining at a 5 star restaurant. That is what i call service at its best! VIP SERVICE ALL THE WAY! He was very detailed and courteus. My twin in the way i treat all customers in my place of business. If i had 3 hands would give him 3 thumbs up. And wasnt anxious in rushing us during minutes away from closing time. Most of us hate last minute customers mind you its not like this was his personal business. So he represented BANK OF AMERICA like if it was his own business at Top notch/Elite service!
