(December 1, 2017, 1:50 pm)I purchased a Povinelli brand chefs knife. Its the best knife I have ever owned. The grade of steel they use is fantastic. Soft enough to sharpen well but hard enough to hold its edge. Highly recommend

(February 16, 2017, 3:11 am)Took an assortment of kitchen knives to Povinelli Cutlery a few weeks ago, they did an awesome job sharpening them and prices very reasonable. We returned again recently with scissors and craft snips and again they did a super job. You can't get this quality of sharpening from a cheap sharpening gadget from the store.
Recommend them totally !!
