Best Western The Inn at Buffalo Airport

Just your average hotel. Nothing really stood out as exceptional to me. The room seemed newly remodeled but it also looked like a rush job that wasn't done well. The bar in the shower seemed like it would fall any second, and the light in the toilet/shower room kept flickering. That light with the fan were together on one switch so if you went to the bathroom at night it was really loud. The food for breakfast was sad and it was the same sad egg patty and sausage links both mornings. Would have been nice to at least have some cheese/sausage patties to at least make a breakfast sandwich of some sort. Being by the airport wasn't an issue at all, you could barely hear the airplanes, especially if you had the AC on. Some parts of the hotel seemed like they were under renovation and just weren't finished.

Great place to stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful. My favorite is Mary and the manager Kam. They will go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Breakfast area is always clean. Wish they would serve more bacon and less sausage. Lol.. Overall, its a great place to stay.

The hotel is well taken care of. The rooms and common areas look new and fresh. The hotel was very quiet despite being near the airport. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel has an airport shuttle which is very convenient.

Great customer service. We were storm delayed by one day flying back to Buffalo. On calling the hotel, we were assured our reservation would be honoured without penalty. As sleep deprived travelers we were delighted upon finally arriving at the Buffalo airport to be met by the shuttle bus, greeted warmly by the front desk, find the quality of our hotel room, and enjoy a quiet, undisturbed night's sleep. The next morning the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of hot and cold items. A great stay and we'd be delighted to return.
