Very helpful to him on learning upgrade & our issues involved. Today I needed to call back to ask a question. I spoke w Charles & he shocked me w how quickly & thoroughly he understood my problem. He offered options & was point on. Friendly & pleasant as well. Kudos AT&T❗️
