Try the Bagle with seeds toasted with butter. I did appreciate personally. -

But I'm here to tell you that if you're down by the Waterfront - especially the marina especially near Veterans Park - this is the place to grab a coffee, drink, or even a small bite to eat.
They currently serve a few wraps (that you can get on a bagel if you ask nicely) including a Cajun Turkey Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
Staffed by really great people who make you day just a little brighter - the Spot Coffee Express should quickly become a staple in the Waterfront District -- if you know it's there! -

(September 20, 2017, 3:20 pm)Spot Coffee express is such a great addition to my office building. I love being able to grab a quick coffee and and bagel with veggie cream cheese on days when i'm too lazy to make breakfast! Super friendly and accommodating staff as well.
