We called EECG initially and Matt responded the next morning, he went through or initial concerns and then we setup a day and time for him to come out. He took the time to answer our followup questions through email in detail, very quickly- We were very happy with his response time. He took the trip from Rochester to Buffalo to meet with us personally and do an air quality test in our home. He met with us for sometime in a sit down and went through questions again and gave us great direction and put our minds at ease. I highly recommend contacting Expert Environmental for your needs. I can't say enough about Matt's service, we're very fortunate to have found the right person and the right company to assist us. Look no further, this is the company to contact. I wouldn't hesitate to pickup the phone or email again with questions. Matt and company are GREAT.
