Simon from Buffalo City Living walked me through every question I had, no matter how ridiculous I felt they were. He was personable, funny and possessed none of the stiffness you may expect. The entire business itself has a grassroots aesthetic, which makes it all the more endearing to me. I would recommend Simon and Buffalo City Living to anyone.
