Wasabi Japanese Restaurant

This is hands down one of my favorite sushi places anywhere. It feels traditional, casual, authentic. It's affordable and high-quality. I've been to restaurants that feel much fancier and are much more expensive, and I prefer this every time. It's a small storefront on a busy strip, intimate, cozy, sparsely adorned with traditional, simple Japanese decor. Great for couples or small groups. It's also one of the only restaurants that I go to where I feel completely comfortable dining solo. Whether you're local or visiting Buffalo, if you like sushi you definitely have to go here.

My favorite place to get sushi! The staff are always very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and it's so reasonably priced! Their lunch specials are also amazing. Can't recommend them enough!

japanese food and the atmosphere at this location is super good. Got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. Nothing but great experiences here. This place has a nice atmosphere. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.

Don't sleep on this hole in the wall sushi joint. To this day, I haven't found fresher tasting sushi in the city limits. Their lunch special Monday-Saturday is almost too good to be true. I don't know how but they always manage to be busy, but with one open table just for you. Think i've had to wait to sit down once in 5 years of going here. Just all around great spot. Oh yeah and their hot green tea is the truth!

The atmosphere here at the Wasabi Japanese Restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The seating area is quite small, but it gets the job done. Your able to see them roll your sushi right in front of you. What an experience that is. And the prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend this location to everyone.
