As the GM for Black Rock Pharmacy I would sincerely hope that any negative experience with us is brought to my attention directly. We demand 100% from our staff in terms of customer service and believe we have the best staff around! Thank you to them for being a part of our team. Black Rock Pharmacy has been in business since 1958. Our longevity has been due in part to our wonderful relationships with our customers who's families have been enjoying our services and products for generations. I'm hopeful this customer will reach out to me so we can see what happened. To our many customers who continue to be a part of our Black Rock Pharmacy family, as always we thank you for choosing us.
