(August 20, 2019, 6:36 am)Dropped off a chainsaw to be sharpened on a Sat. Was advised it should be ready Mon/Tues & I would receive a call. Waited till Fri & called myself. "Oh, it was put on the wrong shelf, not done ". Incompetentcy @ it's best.
