Never have to sit in waiting room longer than 5-10 minutes. I love that.
Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. I did have to wait to be seen.. But it was my first appointment. I saw the NP Pat Smith. She is very caring, concerned and knowledgeable. She ordered tests, gave me samples of a different inhaler and ordered a prescription I will need also. I have a followup appointment after the testing is finished. I was very pleased with my overall experience there and would recommend them to anyone!
