The salesman, Steven, from the Transit Rd, Williamsville store was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Although I had shopped for a mattress at several other stores, it was the sales experience that convinced me to purchase a mattress and adjustable base from Steven at Metro Mattress.

(June 15, 2019, 8:03 pm)Ray made mattress shopping a true pleasure! He went above and beyond the second we walked in the door and helped us find the mattress perfect for the both of us! He was super patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy! He also has reached out to check in on our delivery which is unheard of these days. We also had a great experience with delivery and assembly! Overall, amazing customer service and experience!! Highly recommend!!!
