Extremely friendly staff! I felt very comfortable and listened to without being rushed. Dr. Mian is great! Shes very patient and genuine and i highly recommend her!!
They are a very busy office with a huge patient base. They are all kind and get back to me in a timely manner. When I am unable to see the MD directly, I see a PA/NP instead. Have never had a problem aside from sometimes having to schedule months out but it's my own fault for calling a busy specialist last minute. They do their best to accommodate everyone.
My experience with this practice has so far been positive.From my care from my chosen doctor, Dr.Bartelone and his staff especially his M.A., Andrew to the care I received from the on-call Dr during an emergency to the nurses in the procedure unit where I underwent a colonoscopy I found them all to be professional and caring.The waiting room is a bit crowded and uncomfortable but that's the only negative.
