(January 28, 2019, 4:06 pm)Have been in many gyms across the USA and this gym offers anything anyone would want from child to adult. Staff is phenomenal. PTs are spot on. Mine is Adam and I couldn't say anything less than WOW.

(May 9, 2016, 4:18 pm)I have been a member of this gym since it opened, and I have almost never been disappointed. I work out with a trainer three days a week and I am thrilled with Jack Lazerus's knowledge of individualized training techniques. He has focused on my "weak" or injured ligaments and muscles, while also spending time with the rest of my body. He has also advised me on nutrition, and came up with a very suitable diet for me.(that I actually would follow!)
If you are looking for a fancy gym with all the amenities, this is not the place for you. What you do get at Fitness 19 are all the weights, machines, bands, rollers etc. that you would ever need for a great exercise program. Every since Chrissy took over as manager, things have gotten even better. She has hired fabulous trainers who make it their business to know each person's name, making the gym a much friendlier place. The gym offers a great variety of classes throughout the day and night.
Throughout my 69 years I have been a member of several gyms. Although many have more bells and whistles, I would pick Fitness 19 over all of them if you are looking for a great workout!
