Doctors here are excellent. However, I've had numerous issues with scheduling and prescription refills. They do not utilize electronic scripts and therefore, mail the scripts to your pharmacy. There have been many times that they never mailed the script upon request. This is extremely frustrating.

Nice place, I was a little cold not enough blankets. The pillows are awful and the bed was hard like sleeping on a box spring. I suppose if the bed were more comfortable and I bought my own pillow. I would have slept better and had a better experience. Trying to get use to C-pap machine and I just can't seem to get a grip. Good luck to everyone!

I had a very good experience at the Ken-Ton location. My technologist was very considerate and kind which definitely helps the process. Once I got there she gave me time to get settled in & more comfortable before hooking me up to everything which I appreciated. If anyone I know needed to get a sleep study done in the future, I would recommend them.

I have been seen by the NP Karen most of the time, she is excellent. She takes the time to go over details, asks good probing questions and also asks about other health issues that effect my sleep. When I saw her this last time, we talked again about other health issues, and what could be causing my leg movements (several tests indicate negative for restless leg syndrome) and other spasms in the night. She ran more blood work than the neurologist at Dent ran for the same issue, and she found part of the problem: Vitamin D deficiency! She also contacted my GP right away to get me on a therapy ASAP to bring my numbers up. I have never met the doctor, I have been seen by Karen for the last 3 years, but she has helped my sleep drastically.
