Thank you for saving my house. I had a pipe break under my sink when my family and I were all at work. We came home to a disaster. Water leaked all over my hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room. Went into my finished basement and collapsed the ceiling. We were devastated. My insurance company told us to contact Servpro so we did and they come out right away. Thank you for your great service and drying out our house.

After attempting to contact emergency repair technicians from several other companies I left a message on the ServicePro emergency contact. In less than 10 minutes Sam returned my phone call and was on site within 45 minutes. He provided me a detailed assessment of the issues and estimate for repairs. He had repairs completed in less than an hour and the heat restored. Sam was very responsive, professional, and fully explained repairs made.
