The equipment is in excellent condition and there is a good variety available for your workouts. The facility is well maintained and clean... especially the locker rooms, which is really important. The desk staff is very friendly and very personable, and the trainers are excellent. The things that I appreciate especially are that the environment is very relaxed and chill, and there is never a long wait for any of the equipment. No one gives anyone a hard time or makes them feel unwelcome. It's also very cool that there is a mix of all kinds of people here...seniors, working adults, and young people; everyone gets along just fine. If you want a clean, family-owned gym with a relaxed environment, Platinum Fitness is a great choice!

(March 28, 2019, 7:18 pm)I’ve been a member since this gym opened. Modern equipment, clean facility, and an outstanding & caring staff. Feel like part of the family / community of this gym (rather than only a number at a large meat-market gym or a nobody at a stripped-down cheap no-service gym). Team has been extremely significant in assisting me to reach my fitness goals - great nutrition advice, shake bar, personal training, and therapeutic massage. The people at this gym are knowledgeable professionals and have been integral in my fitness progress (I have achieved my best health / fitness ever due to this gym and its team!).
