I have never been to a vape shop like this. The staff is ever so friendly. I went into vape716 last week trying to kick my disgusting cigarette habit I went in thier not knowing a single thing about vaping. I had the pleasure of dealing with the blond haired fellow I didn’t get his name but he was a absolute sweetheart. I honestly thought I was going f to spend over 100$ on getting stared. I wanted the big boxy Vapes that everyone has he kinda moved me away from those as he told me. Those are really not for the cigarette quitting type. He then Introduced me to the “pod system” which again I knew nothing about he explained what “salt Nics” are and everything I needed to know about them. I prices came up to 45 dollars which is less then I anticipated on spending. Once he cashed me out we then both sat down and he showed me how to fill and use the Device with the liquid. I left out of their feeling like I didn’t get ripped off. Why because he could of up sold me the box vape and made over 100$ and would of had a big smile on his face when I left. But he didn’t he sold me a nice small sleek device side not in pink which I love for less the half of what I was going to originally spend. I am telling all my cigarette smoking friends to come to this spot and deal with the blond haired guy like I said Absolute sweetheart. Btw he also said to me before I left that if I had any issues with the device or questions I wanted to ask to aways feel free and spot back on by. That’s a A+ in my book a business who is knowledgeable about their products and stands by their products. I love vape716
