I love Dr. Haque he is great, always very helpful, listens to my concerns. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone asking for an endocrinologist. Unfortunately, the support staff at this practice is the worst I have ever seen. All of the front desk employees are very rude and not helpful at all. I called to check my appointment time and was told by Debbie "we called you four months ago to reschedule and never heard back so you'll have to reschedule next year." At no point did I ever receive a message so apparently they "called" once and then cancelled my appointment, never trying to reach me again. Then offered me one day and time and again said "if that doesn't work you'll have to schedule next year." Luckily I am not one of the seriously I'll patients being seen there, hopefully they are treated a little better by Debbie and aren't just shrugged off like I was.
