(March 5, 2019, 4:33 pm)The rooms are what you pay for nothing special, place to sleep and rest after being on the road for hours. It's quite and very peaceful. Has a beautiful sunset right on the lake of Champlain. The owner is very helpful and will do just about anything to make your stay as best as possible.

(January 25, 2019, 12:34 am)Fairly clean and spacious rooms. No bugs or other vermin. Maybe a slight water leak near base of toilet, but for the price this place is unbeatable compared to other options. Management is kind, responsive, and flexible.
