(October 13, 2019, 5:26 am)Bought a parakeet from them, and she's fantastic! Also the store is very cool with lots of interesting animals, down-to-earth employees, and surprisingly competitive prices. I would rather drive the half hour to go here than spend my money at Petsmart ever again.

(October 4, 2019, 7:48 pm)This is a great Pet Store!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and actually better than what you will find at chain stores like Pet Smart. They bring their pets out to you! We met a tortoise and a sun Conure. They have a wide collection of birds, fish, and reptiles. They sell items for all pets. It's a great store!

(September 8, 2019, 2:27 am)Most of the employees can steer you in the right direction when you have questions about caring for cats, dogs, birds and fish. They have a pretty good selection of items for you and your pets. For the most part, the prices at Just Pets are right in line with the big box pet stores. I love the fact that we have a small, locally owned pet store right here in Irving that is not a puppy mill.

(September 5, 2019, 7:03 pm)They have some really cool animals. They let their tortoise just roam around the store to get exercise. Tons of cute cats. Some really cool reptiles. I felt like I was at the zoo.

(July 16, 2019, 3:01 am)I was able to get everything I need for my new puppy at very reasonable prices.
The sales girl was very helpful and knowledgeable, most of all she didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want.
The store is very well arranged and it is easy to find what you want. The store is spotlessly clean.
In the future I will definitely shop at Just Pets for all of Cocoa's needs.
