I have been a customer of Kheops going on 3 years. They have a great customer service team. Always been loyal to me. I find that the CS team has a rapid response time. Always do their best to respond to my feedback/request (positive or negative.) Always show willingness to apologize and compensate for errors, always willing to find a solution to best satisfy my business's needs. And always willing to take recommendations/advice to help their business grow. KHEOPS IS A GREAT COMPANY & HAS WONDERFUL PRODUCTS!!!

I have been with Kheops for many years. Customer service try very hard to accommodate their customers, whether it's with their orders or with claims for broken or short shipped items. They go above and beyond to help and get things correct. Everyone is trained to help and solve problems or to find someone to solve the problem. I plan on continuing to be with Kheops.

My experience with Kheops has been very satisfying. I love their products and will continue to buy from them. When dealing with customer service i always feel like they always care and love to talk to them. Nancy is a sweetheart and has helped me with whatever I needed as well as their other employees.
