Small and social. Great classes and instructors. Clean and caring
Went in for the first time last week, receptionist seemed genuinely happy to help - exceptional service. Yoga was pretty easy (mature age group) felt the instructor did his best to connect with the class. For a small town gym it almost deserves a five star but there is room for improvement on the facility. Not unlike Goodlife Fitness, the yoga room smelled of sweat as soon as you walk in, had a storage room vibe with old stacked up chairs, cheap laminate flooring, chipped paint and drop down ceiling. Didn't feel clean in there but the gym part looked great from the distance! Will be coming back because of the great staff I got to meet!
Really like the gym, the staff is friendly and understand your needs.
Love the facility, equipment , people. Tanning is available and WiFi is free. Not too many broken pieces of equipment. A little pricey. WOULD RECOMMEND
