I rented an apartment from Birchwood Holdings in Sackville and used as a 'crash pad'. My apartment at home is a high end condo style apartment and Birchwood offers good value basic units. The rent I paid for my unit was excellent value for money and it included heat, hot water and a parking space.
Birchwood's were responsive dealing with any issues and they are not worse than the top end company I rent from elsewhere. They sent their maintenance staff out the same evening when I had a small leak and they were overall responsive with any requests.
I needed to move out a few months early due to the pandemic and they worked with me to find a new tenant. The deposit was returned promptly when I moved out. Laurie in the office was always friendly and helpful.
