(February 25, 2020, 5:27 am)For Christmas I bought my 7 year old niece a spot in her first aerial arts and fitness workshop. Working with students her own age and close levels, these girls are trained by professional teachers on several different aspects of aerial arts and fitness. 5th class in they are already doing the prep work for aerial sill drops and it is AMAZING to watch these girls hit and then conquer a fear. These workshops allow kids to push their skills to a level that is more in line with developmental situations we would have had playimg outside in forests. Climbing, flipping, spinning...depending on your body strength and persistance to get you through a move. And using your resiliency to get back up and try again when the move didn't go as planned.
The suppprt of the staff to the kids, but also of the kids to each other as they encourage their partners to try again makes it a truly joyous and inspiring hour! -

(November 18, 2018, 4:24 am)I absolutely love this place. The instructors are amazing, inspirational, and so supportive. I've come such a long way in such a short time and my body is able to do things I really didn't think it could do. I highly recommend this as a great stress release and fun form of exercise. The other students are also so friendly and we all support each other.

(January 22, 2018, 1:15 pm)I love this studio! The qualified instructors are very encouraging, positive and understanding. The classes are fun and challenging. They offer a good variety of sessions with different difficulty levels(beginner to advance) in a very open minded environment. The space is clean and spacious. The coaches want you to succeed and will work with you towards your goals. Highly recommended for anyone curious about Aerial Arts & Fitness!
