(August 31, 2016, 1:05 pm)At Spencer's I found the staff treated the elderly as if it was their own grandfather or grandmother there's a great deal of of compassion and bedside manner .
Staff take the time when allotted to sit and talk with the elderly or even just to sit there and hold their hand ....that happens there.
Every nursing home has their stories .
But after all we are only human we can only do what we can do and if one can change the dullness in one eyes to Sparkle just for a moment I think that makes a difference and means a lot to an elderly person. -
