So I called the kayak exchange to see if that store was still there. They called me back in 10 minutes with the location and much more information! Very helpful very thankful for them!

(July 25, 2022, 7:04 pm)There was a mix up, and the two kayaks we had paid for in full were sold to someone else. There were no more in stock, and it looked like we were going to be out of luck. Finally the owner stepped in. They let us know that we could get the kayaks we wanted for a discount when the new shipment arrived. We went from an unfortunate customer experience to satisfied customers.

They welcomed us upon our arrival, ran through the features and benetits of the kayak, explained different skirt and paddle options and even helped us load and lash the kayak for our trip home. Very happy with the complete buying process and look forward to future transactions.
