An excellent place to work out!!!
I am involved in one of JFTS begginers exercise programs and it is fabulous!! Can't believe the awesome instructors to the actual workout experience!!! I have participated in an 8 week challenge and I have signed up for a 12 week challenge atarting in January!!!
Love that they’re 24-7, great gym with everything you need.
Great thing about it I can go there anytime. Owner of the gym 💪 very motivated and friendly.
The place to help your well being
I passed by this business thinking it was a hair salon that could add volume to my hair and I could get a conditioning as well.
I am new to town and I needed to treat my hair as it is not used to the foggy weather.
I stumbled in and was surprised to see it was a gym. I inquired with the shopkeep and he informed me it has always been a gym. Drat! Just my luck.
I will keep my eyes out for someone who can fix this red mop on my head I call hair. I'll need it if I can ever find a date.
Gym was clean and looked great.
