Her knowledge and expertise in the realty world, made all the difference. From ensuring the photos and listing information accurately depicted the property to walking through the details of the final sale, Susan was on top of it all!

Going into the buying process my knowledge of what to look for in a home was limited (and there is SO much to look for). Susan never failed to take the time to thoroughly check for details. She is very responsive to text messages and always found the answers to my questions. Hands down, Susan made all the difference in finding our home during this competitive market. Having a realtor that can meet deadlines within a short time frame is probably the ONLY reason our sale went through as we extended an offer at last minute and Susan very quickly drafted our offer, which was ultimately accepted. 5/5

She was just a phone call or message away and made this whole process so incredibly easier for us, it was our first time buying and we didn’t know much about the process and she gave us so many helpful tips and tricks.
When we found our dream home, there was already one more offer on it and they were going to decide that night. Susan was so quick to get our offer submitted and it was accepted that same day.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor in this process, and I cannot recommend Susan enough! -
