Called for an estimate and they didn't respond
They were able to come quickly. Good response, somewhat pricey though (They start their clock when they start travelling from their store. They also charge when travelling for parts or getting receipts. I was told that this was common.)
They installed two of our toilets without any major issues (just a minor leak that was fixed the next day). However, their plumber didn’t fix the bathtub faucet correctly the first time. After a complaint, they were courteous to acknowledge and their plumber was back after a few days to find that he had installed the cartridge upside down and corrected it without any extra charge. However, the faucet started leaking again after a few months. Another plumber from a different company told us that the previous plumber had left the old degraded cartridge washers inside that should have been removed when installing a new cartridge.

Not completely satisfied, They did not fix the problem the first time, had to come back the next day to do it properly. Charged me more travelling time than actual work.
