This family owned business has gone above and beyond to help my wife and I get our new build underway.
We are off to a great start with our new culvert and rock solid base for the driveway.
Next will be the basement and then septic system and moving forward I have no doubt that we will continue to be impressed by Dan's crew.
Also a big thanks to the other side of the business Riverview Rentals, Mark and Dan made my experience seamless. The excavator and woodchipper where a huge bonus in helping to get my property cleared and ready for construction.

They were very quick to come over and check things out and quick to come over and get the job done. Can't thank them enough. Very highly recommend them!!!

(August 10, 2021, 2:50 pm)Charles Smith Construction are amazing, and I would highly recommend them for any job you need completed. They saved our neck after a bad flood, replaced our sewer lines in the midst of pouring rain, and saved us from a second flood. For the amount of work they did, their prices are very reasonable! Definitely give them a call if you have a construction job you need finished at an affordable rate.
