I had frankly been dreading this appointment - addressing pelvic floor issues is just never gonna make it to the top of joyous events you look forward to! Stephanie was warm, funny, reassuring and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, gave a good assessment of current conditions and showed me how to do the recommended exercises correctly. I left feeling much more grounded and positive .. thanks!

During pregnancy and in postpartum period I'm working with Haley Hasson. The massage therapy helps me a lot to relax my muscles. -

(March 18, 2023, 6:19 pm)It was my first time meeting Alysha and I had an amazing experience. I had a 60min prenatal massage, it was very relaxing and the pillows were comfortable. She is also a great person to chat with.
I definitely feel less stiff and more energized after the treatment.
I highly recommend her if you have a chance to book a massage! -

My first appointment with Dr. Derosiers was excellent. She has great energy and a fun personality that will put anyone at ease. She was thorough, taking the time to explain everything in detail. For the first time in a very long time, I felt heard and understood.
